Magnusly runs your broadcasts, your inbox and your automations on the WhatsApp Business account you already own. Meta invoices you directly, so there is no wallet to top up and no cut taken on any message you send.
Marketing messages in India, at Meta's January 2026 rate.
WhatsApp platforms advertise a plan price and then sell the part you came for separately. It is worth reading a pricing page twice.
| What you actually need | AiSensy | Magnusly Team |
|---|---|---|
| Plan with broadcasting and segments | ₹3,200 | ₹2,999 |
| Drag-and-drop chatbot builder | ₹2,500 | included |
| AI agent | ₹3,500 | roadmap |
| Per marketing message | ₹1.09 | ₹1.0185 to Meta |
| Before you send anything | ₹5,700 | ₹2,999 |
From AiSensy's published pricing page, checked in 2026. Meta's India marketing rate is ₹0.8631 plus 18% GST; a business pays that either way, but only one of these routes adds 7% on top of it.
Meta bills your own account. We never sit between you and that invoice, so there is nothing for us to mark up.
No credit balance, no top-ups, no campaign stopping at midnight because a wallet ran dry.
Your WABA never leaves your Business Portfolio. Leaving us is cancelling a subscription, not migrating a number.
You already did the hard part when you set up your Meta app. This is the easy part.
Your WhatsApp Business Account ID, app ID, a System User token and your app secret. We check all four against Meta before storing anything, and tell you precisely which one is wrong if any is.
We generate a callback URL and verify token for your account alone. Paste them into your own app's WhatsApp configuration and inbound messages start arriving.
Bring contacts in from a CSV with column mapping and de-duplication, then install one of fourteen ready automations and turn it on.
Most people want a form, not a canvas — until the day they need a canvas. Here a rule is a form, a flow is a node graph, and a sequence is an ordered drip. All three store the same thing and run through the same interpreter, so opening a rule on the canvas changes the drawing, not the automation.
Every delivered message is priced by category and destination country, against a date-effective rate card. Because Meta bills you directly, the total here matches the invoice you can actually open — something no wallet-based platform can promise.
Meta's 80-per-second throughput cap, the rolling 24-hour limit on unique recipients, and your quality rating are all enforced before a message leaves. A red rating pauses marketing automatically — and still lets your OTPs through.
Opt-in is an append-only record of where and when, not a checkbox. "STOP" is matched against the whole message, so please don't stop sending these never unsubscribes anyone.
Free-form replies inside the 24-hour window become billable at the utility rate. Our rate card is date-effective, so the cost view already shows you what that will add at your current volume — before the bill arrives, not after.
We limit the two things that cost us something. Contacts, tags, custom fields, segments and automations are unlimited on every plan, including the smallest — because metering them would make the product worse and earn us nothing.
Growing out of a plan costs ₹349 a month per extra seat and ₹499 a month per extra number. Messages, contacts and automations never cost more, because there is no meter on them to turn up.
Their per-message markup is only about 7%, so at low volume it never adds up to our subscription. Against AiSensy's Free Forever plan, Starter only starts saving you money above roughly 21,000 marketing messages a month, and Team above 42,000. Drag the slider at the top of this page and pick Free Forever — it will tell you the same thing.
You also need your own Meta developer app, WhatsApp Business Account, verified number and billing already in place. We do not resell WhatsApp access and we cannot get a number approved for you.
If you are sending serious volume on an account you already own, everything above is true and the arithmetic works. If you are not, we would rather you knew now.
Yes, and that is the whole point. Because your app and your WhatsApp Business Account sit in the same Business Portfolio, a System User token gives us everything we need without Meta having to approve us as a provider. It also means the account never leaves your name.
The subscription. That is the entire business, which is why we cannot also give it away free — and why we have no reason to meter your contacts, tags or automations.
Your WhatsApp Business Account is yours and stays in your Business Portfolio, so there is nothing to migrate. Cancel and it keeps working exactly as it did. Export your contacts and message history before you go.
It is encrypted with AES-256-GCM before it is stored, using a key held outside the database. It is decrypted in exactly one place in the code, never logged, and never returned to the browser — the interface only ever shows you the last four characters. Every read and rotation is written to an audit log.
Every send passes three checks first: Meta's throughput cap, your rolling 24-hour limit on unique recipients, and your current quality rating. If the rating goes red, marketing campaigns pause on their own while utility and authentication messages keep flowing. You are told what paused and why.
Cloud API. Meta has been retiring the on-premise API, and everything here — templates, flows, per-message pricing — assumes Cloud.
Service messages — the free-form replies you send inside the 24-hour window — stop being free and start billing at your market's utility rate. Our rate card is date-effective, so the cost view already projects what that adds at your current volume.
Yes. Each number keeps its own quality rating, messaging tier and daily headroom, and campaigns are sent from a number you pick. Starter includes one; Team three; Scale ten; Agency as many as you like.
If your Meta app is already set up, you can be live before the end of the afternoon.
